This update includes improvements to stability and fixes some bugs, along with all the other goodies from 2.4:

• Sets! You can now see all the public sets that a user has created, in a beautiful mosaic-like layout. Sets can be found in a user’s profile. Sets are a way to group and present photos together.
• A beautiful new animated login and tour experience. Join or log into the premier photo community with style using your email or your Twitter, Facebook, or other social accounts.
• Full iOS 7 support with beautiful blurred backgrounds and more.
• Edit your photos’ details, including title, description, tags, EXIF data, and location.

Googleマップ上で世界中の航空機をリアルタイム追跡表示する「Flightradar24 Pro」(300円+アドオン) が 5.1 にアップデートされました。

■Flightradar24 Pro 5.1 (iPhone/iPad) – 2013/12/21
For this release we’ve added a couple more realistic icons to the ‘Aircraft icons’ in-app, including the Airbus Beluga and ground traffic vehicles. We’ve also fixed some bugs related to squawk alerts and filter issues plus improved how objects are animated in the app.

For the recent 5.0 release most of the app was redesigned and now:

• You can quickly zoom map to your location by clicking the arrow icon in the bottom left corner of the screen
• The ‘Go to’ menu has been replaced by ‘Airport search’ (available in the Search menu by clicking the magnifying glass symbol)
• The Augmented reality (AR) view is accessible by clicking the ‘AR’ icon in the top menu
• Alerts functionality has been improved and has its own menu (available by clicking the menu icon in the top left corner)
• The map radar is still available, go to ‘Settings’ to switch it on

JR東海は12月19日、iPhone/Androidスマートフォン端末で利用できる、東海道・山陽新幹線の時刻表アプリを2014年1月21日より提供開始すると発表しました。

　iPhone (App Store): JR東海　東海道・山陽新幹線時刻表
　Android (Google Play): JR東海　東海道・山陽新幹線時刻表

東海道新幹線各駅で配布している小冊子タイプの時刻表を、スマートフォンで利用できるようにしたもので、列車ごとの停車駅や乗り継ぎ、前後の列車を一目で確認できます。

また、時刻表データは定期的に更新され、常に最新のデータを確認できるとのこと。
