日本航空(JAL)は4月1日、JALスマートフォンサイトを3年ぶりにリニューアルしたと発表しました。

■主なリニューアルポイント

1. 予約エリアの操作性が向上
   予約エリアでの発着空港や日付・人数の入力において、タップ操作のみでテンポ良く選択できるようになり、シンプルな操作でより簡単に予約画面へ進めるようになりました。スマートフォンをご利用いただく機会の多い外出中や移動中でも、簡単・スピーディーに操作いただけます。
2. JMBの情報も簡単に確認
   スマートフォンならではのスライドメニューを採用し、JMB会員の皆さまの有効マイル数、FLY ONポイント数、ご搭乗回数やサービスステイタスなどが簡単に確認できるようなりました。
3. サイト内情報の一括検索機能を追加
   PCサイト同様、スマートフォンサイト内の情報を一括検索できるサイト内検索機能(サイト内検索窓)を追加しました。
   よくあるご質問の情報とも連動して、よりお客さまのニーズに合った検索結果を表示します。

なお、サイトリニューアルを記念してキャンペーンを5月31日まで実施中。
