Easy Wi-Fi 4.1

DevicescapeのiPhone/iPod touch向けWi-Fi接続アシスタントアプリ「Easy Wi-Fi」（無料）4.1 がリリースされました。

Easy Wi-Fiは、複数の公衆無線LANサービスやプライベート用APのログイン設定を管理したい方向けのアプリです。
1つのEasy Wi-Fiアカウント上で各Wi-Fi設定（SSIDやパスワード）を登録しておけば、複数端末＆複数ログイン設定を管理共有でき、GPS位置情報に基づいて適切なWi-Fiアクセスポイントへ自動ログインします。

今回、新機能が追加され、デザインも刷新。

ログインするとGPS位置情報に基づいて自分のいる位置周辺のマップが表示されます。

左上の[?]でヘルプが表示されますが、検知されたWi-Fi APがGooleマップ上にアンテナアイコンで表示されます。アンテナアイコンとは別に大きな青い円が表示されている場合もありますが、こちらは何かWi-Fiのカバレッジエリアが存在しているとマップ上に表示されるようです。

• Blue: Network location that you have access to using your existing plan(s).
• Red: Network locations you do not have access to with your existing plans. To see these switch on 'Show other networks' in settings.
• Yellow: Network locations that have not been verified as working recently, but may still offer acess using your existing pkan(s).

• Blue Circle: There is some Wi-Fi coverage in this area. Zoom in to see more detailed information.

右上はGreen/Gray/Yellow/Redによるログイン状態表示。正常にWi-Fi接続できていればGreenになります。アプリ起動メニューも兼ねていて、タップして呼び出せるアプリは、Skype、Facebook、Twitter、YouTube、Google。Twitterクライアントなど同じ種類のアプリがインストールされると、何らかの法則で自動的にアプリが決められてしまうようです。なぜかTwitterクライアントでEchofon Proが選ばれました。
アルファベット順ではじめにみつかるアプリになるのかな？

Wi-Fiサービスサービスの追加は、「Peasonal hotspot accounts」→「Edit」タップ→「＋」タップ→検索（livedoor、nttなどアルファベットで）を行い、各サービス契約時に通知されたSSIDとパスワードを設定。
